Locash TV

The video podcast Locash TV was La Vida Locash first experiment with the TV medium. Locash TV was started as a way for us to market our artists despite a limited budget. It was necessary to look beyond the established methods and create a new solution. In short video clips viewers could follow the work with the record label and the signed artists. The episodes deal with situations like choosing the right clothes for a video shoot, splitting the fee after a show and working in the studio. Real situations and characters are portrayed in an unusual and comedic way, mixing fantasy with reality. Furthermore, graphic elements (like arrows and speech bubbles) are added and the show is edited in a special way to enhance the comedy. Thus Locash TV works both as a sitcom and a documentary about the music industry.
Our goal is to present strong characters, in order to create broader images of our artists, giving our target audience the chance to develop a relationship beyond the music.
